is known in India and around the world. The in house availability
of every faculty doctors on call and diagnostic services.

lets people get all the opinions, tests and treatments they
need in one place, in a coordinated way.
Q. How are appointments available? A. Appointment availability depends on the nature and
urgency of the problem. Priority is given on the basis of
medical needs. Company management will do it for their clients.
Q. What is the procedure for admission? A. Admission could be either through the OPD, directly
through emergency or Pay and get admitted. A registration
no is given by hospital and will remain the same for every
visit to that hospital.
Q. Do I have to pay any amount as advance
to get admission? A. Yes, Case wise deposit is to be paid at the time
of admission.
Q. What is the mode of payment acceptable? A. Payments are accepted by cash or credit card.
Q. Once reservation of bed/operation theatre
is confirmed what time do report on the date of admission? A. You will be informed about your reporting time on
the day your reservation is conformed and hospital telephone
no will be given to you by our company and our company executives
will inform you and your family in time.
Q. What is the actual mode of admission? A. After telephonic confirmation of your bed, you may
bring the patient along with the doctor's note & reservation
deposit receipt.
Q. Are there any other financial formalities
to be completed before surgery? A. Yes, before your surgery you are requested to pay
surgery deposit as specified by concerned hospitals, according
to your operation category. (Every surgery has different rates.)
Q. After Admission can the patient be transferred
to lower class? A. Yes, subject to the availability of bed and payment
of all outstanding. But rules vary from hospital to hospital.

Q. After admission, can a patient be transferred
to higher class? A. Transfer to higher class is subject to availability
of bed. All charges shall be billed for higher class retrospectively.
Q. Do you provide Ambulance services? A. Yes, every hospital has ambulance facility. There
are many private Ambulance services
Q. What are the visiting hours? A. Every hospital visiting times varies. But usually
it is from 4.00 PM to 7.00 PM and ICU timing are 5.00 PM to
7.00 PM in most of the hospitals.
Q. How many attendant passes are issued? A. One attendant pass is issued per patient. For Suits/Deluxe,
one additional pass is allowed.
Q. What is the timing for discharge? A. Check out time is 12:00 noon in most of the specialty
hospitals.
Q. What is the procedure for final settlement? A. You will receive a comprehensive bill, with all
charges included. Prompt clearance of interim bills will help
facilitate your discharge. Your admission deposit will be
adjusted only against your final bill at the time of discharge.
All in between payment receipts are to be preserved properly
for final bill adjustment.
Q. How can I know my billing status or
the amount I am required to pay? A. Your accompanying person will contact the billing
office.
Q. Do you accept accident/emergency cases? A. Yes, As per the new supreme courts judgement this
year, it is compulsory on humanitarian ground that every accident
patient should be admitted immediately and treatment should
be started without any payments or relatives signature if
not available at that time
Q. What is "Day care"? A. Day care caters to patients undergoing surgeries/procedures
that do not require overnight stay in the hospital.
Q. What are the procedures done in a day
Care? A. Most minor, intermediate, major procedure can be
performed in day care.
Q. After booking for operation Theatre,
can I make a cancellation? A. Yes, if authorized by your consultant / surgeon.
Q. After cancellation of operation theatre
can we get the refund off deposit paid? A. The deposit is refunded only if the cancellation
is being done on genuine medical grounds and has to be certified
and recommended for refund by your surgeon.
Q. After discharge, how do I make an appointment
for consultation? A. At the time of discharge, Consultation date or period will be mentioned on your hospital discharge card, and the nurse on duty will
intimates you and your accompanying person or your tour organizer
executive about the appointment with consultant and the patient
is advised to follow up.
